Paint Sprayer – Aerospace/Automotive/Rail Components Only
Are you an experienced paint sprayer with a background in aerospace, automotive or rail? If you’re used to working with precision and delivering high-quality finishes, this opportunity could be the right fit.
We’re recruiting on behalf of a specialist engineering company that supplies high-spec components to the aerospace sector. They’re looking for a skilled Paint Sprayer who can follow detailed instructions and consistently produce top-quality work.

Applying primers, topcoats, and specialist coatings using compliant spray systems
Reading and working from technical drawings and specifications
Inspecting finished work, correcting defects, and maintaining quality standards
Maintaining and calibrating spray equipment
Recording all work completed and materials used
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in aerospace, automotive or rail spray painting
Confident with wet spray techniques and familiar with different coating systems
High attention to detail and pride in producing excellent finishes
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible and safety-conscious approach
Please note: only candidates with industrial paint spraying experience e.g. aerospace, automotive, rail will be considered for this role.
